68-year-old male missing #8 and #9. Tooth #9 had been absent for over 20 years, with #8 previously serving as an abutment for a bridge. Following loss of #8, the residual ridge was insufficient for implant placement. Guided bone regeneration was performed using allograft particles mixed with i-PRF to create sticky bone, stabilized with a collagen membrane and lasso suturing technique. Primary closure was achieved with periosteal releasing incisions. CBCT at 7 months demonstrated adequate ridge width, and re-entry with implant placement was completed at 8 months post-op.
