59-year-old male, ASA III, presented with displaced #2 implants into the maxillary sinus. Under IV sedation, implants were retrieved via a lateral window and transcrestal approach. Collagen membrane was placed for sinus repair, and closure was achieved. At 2 weeks post-op, healing was uneventful.
